Human Resources Manager
Epic Piping has an exciting opportunity available for a Human Resources Manager to be an integral part of our Corporate team. WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR department, ensuring compliance with federal and state employment laws.
- Develop and implement various HR strategies to support the needs of the Company.
- Develop department goals, objectives, and systems.
- Serve as liaison for Company and third-party support organizations (i.e., insurance brokers and ASO partners)
- Manage HR reporting processes for month-end and quarterly facility reviews.
- Oversee payroll and benefits for Company personnel.
- Implement and annually update the compensation program via annual salary survey and performance evaluation programs.
- Provide guidance to senior leaders on labor laws and regulations, mitigating legal risks for the organization and ensuring compliance.
- Develop, recommend, and implement personnel policies and procedures via annual handbook reviews.
- Develop and manage Company-sponsored benefits plan and annual reporting.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and improve HR processes and KPIs.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree, required
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, required; 3+ years of experience in a management or Business Partner role, required
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Office; HR/Payroll management systems; Learning Management System (LMS) and/or other learning technology experience required
- Certifications & Licenses: SHRM Certification or PHR preferred
