Essential Functions Statement(s)

  • Assess infrastructure on a regular basis to ensure it continues to meet necessary demands.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high customer service standards.
  • Troubleshoot common IT problems.
  • Consult with clients, vendors, and personnel in other departments or foreman to discuss, estimate, and resolve issues.
  • Maintain, back-up and securing data as well as restoring files as needed.
  • Offer suggestions for possible upgrades and changes within the IT Department.
  • Provide support to computer system users. This includes both hardware and software.
  • Install and configure wireless networking equipment.
  • Administer network and data security, including directory, group policy, firewalls, antivirus, email security, etc.
  • Provide for the implementation, configuration, deployment, and support of systems, including, but not limited to client computing devices and servers.
  • Provide training to new employees and other training sessions as required.
  • Provide cost analysis data when upgrading or purchasing new hardware, software, or equipment.
  • Manage daily operations of the IT Department.
  • Complete all over tasks assigned by supervisor.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in related field: preferred

Experience: 3 plus years of experience.

Computer Skills: Network Administration, hardware, and software installation and administration.
